- 1 Member to the Building Code Board of Appeals - The vacancy to be filled would need to be (1) a mechanical engineer or master plumber and (2) electricial engineer or master electrician
- 1 Alternate member to the Calbe Television & Communcations Commission
- 2 Alternates to the Conservation Commission
- 1 Member to the Library Board of Trustees
- 2 Members to the Portsmouth Housing Endowment Fund Advisory Board
