Reference:  Burglary

In the early morning hours on March 7th 2009 Portsmouth Police Patrol Units responded to an alarm at the Gulf Station located at 822 Route One By-pass on the north bound side. 

It was determined that force was used to gain entry into the building and an undisclosed amount of money was taken.  Detectives from Portsmouth Police Bureau of Investigative Services responded to the scene.  The scene was processed and evidence was recovered.  The investigation into this matter will continue.
