Reference: Felony theft arrests

On Thursday, March 20, 2008 at 12:45 PM, the Portsmouth Police Department arrested the following individuals:

Manuel D. Labaki
Date of birth 08/02/86
338 Elm Street
Walpole, Massachusetts.

Sobh Mossad
Date of birth 12/16/79
40 Lennox Street, Apt. 9
Norwood, Massachusetts.

Both men were arrested for the following:

One count each of Theft by Unauthorized Taking, class A Felony.

These arrests occurred at the Exxon gas station located on the Route One By-Pass northbound, where both men were employed. It is alleged that since September of 2007, they are responsible for stealing over $60,000 worth of cash utilizing the gas pumps at the station.

Along with the arrest warrants that were served for the two men, members of the Portsmouth Police Department’s Bureau of Investigative Services executed a search warrant at the gas station for evidence associated with these crimes.
