Reference: Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault Forcible Rape.

On Saturday, June 8, 2008, at approximately 2:30 pm, the Portsmouth Police Department received a call reporting a sexual assault. Members of the Portsmouth Police Department Patrol Division, Detectives from Portsmouth’s Bureau of Investigative Services, North Hampton Police Department and Newington Police Department investigated the complaint resulting in the arrest of:

Alfonso Mendoza
Date of Birth 11/05/1955
Portsmouth, NH

Charges: Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault Forcible Rape.

Mr. Mendoza’s bail was set at $25,000 cash and he was transported to the Rockingham County House Of Correction and will be arraigned on June 9, 2008.
Mr. Mendoza’s citizenship is also being investigated at this time.
