Reference: Arrests from Portsmouth Public Housing

As a result of several Crime Stoppers Tips and a joint investigation between the Portsmouth Police Departments Detective Division, Portsmouth Special Investigation Unit, (SIU), and the Portsmouth Housing Authority, two subjects were arrested from Portsmouth Housing Property. The arrest took place on Saturday July 26th 2008.

A 16 year old Juvenile was also arrest from Holiday Drive.

Charges:
Shaun Day was charged with one count of Conspiracy to sell a controlled drug and one count of sale of a controlled drug.

The juvenile was charged with one count of Burglary.

Shaun Day’s arraignment will be on Monday August 25th 2008 at 8:30am at Portsmouth District court. The Juvenile will be arraigned on a different date at Portsmouth District Juvenile Court.
