Anthony Iannacone DOB-08/26/69 of 90 Fleet Street, Apt. 3, Portsmouth, NH 03801:

was arrested on today’s date for failing to register as a Sex Offender.  Det. Kristyn Bernier charged Mr. Iannacone with one count of Failure to Comply Duty to Report contrary to RSA 651-B:4, this is a felony level offense.

Mr. Iannacone is required to register due to his classification out of Massachusetts as a Level II Sex Offender for a conviction of Rape and Abuse of a Child.

Mr. Iannacone is being held on $10,000 cash bail at the Rockingham County House of Corrections.
