Reference: Sex Offender arrest

On Thursday, January 18, 2007 at approximately 4:15 PM, the following individual was arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department on an arrest warrant:
John B. Marshall
Date of birth 01/10/58
No fixed address
Mr. Marshall was arrested for the following criminal charges:
Two counts of Registration of Sex Offenders, Duty to Report/Failure to Comply (Class A Misdemeanors).
Mr. Marshall was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and held overnight on $10,000 cash bail. He was arraigned this morning in Portsmouth District Court and subsequently released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. His next court date is scheduled for February 6, 2007 in Portsmouth District Court.
