Reference: Arrest for the Theft of Chihuahua Puppy
Date of Release: January 24, 2006
On January 17, 2006, the Portsmouth, New Hampshire Police Department received a report from a local business identified as the Little Shop of Pets located at 2909 Lafayette Road in regards to a Chihuahua puppy being stolen from the business.
Since the initial report of this theft, the Portsmouth, New Hampshire Police Department has since returned the Chihuahua puppy to the Little Shop of Pets.
On January 23, 2006 the Portsmouth Police Department arrested:

For the criminal offense of Theft by Unauthorized Taking, a class B felony.
Dufrirsz is scheduled to appear for her arraignment in the Portsmouth District Court on February 13, 2006 at 8:30 AM, Dufrirsz was released on a $1,500.00 personal recognize bail.
