On Thursday, February 10, 2005 the Portsmouth Police took custody of:
Richard B. Stanley
5 Tsiennto Road
Derry, NH
DOB 06/01/1946
Mr. Stanley was brought to the Portsmouth Police Department by the New Hampshire State Police. He had been arrested by the State Police on a Portsmouth warrant charging
Unauthorized Use of Rental Property, a class B felony.
He arrived at the Portsmouth Police Department at about 10:40 PM. He was booked and held overnight at the Portsmouth Police department.
He was released from custody on Friday, 02/11/05 at 1315. Bail was set at $1,500 personal recognizance and he was bailed to appear on March 7, 2005 in the Portsmouth District Court.
The Portsmouth Police Department believes that there is an active investigation concerning Mr. Stanley that is being conducted by the Kittery, Maine Police Department and the Maine State Police. Further inquiries on this matter should be made to those agencies.
