Reference: Felony Theft Arrest

On Monday, March 12th, 2007 the following individual was arrested by the Portsmouth Police Department as a result of an arrest warrant:

110 Lafayette Road, Apt. 3
Salisbury, Mass. 01950

Mr. Applebee was arrested for the following criminal charge:

Theft by Unauthorized Taking (Felony).

This arrest was the result of an investigation into the theft of almost 300 pounds of scrap metal that occurred in January of this year from a Portsmouth business. Mr. Applebee was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear in Portsmouth District Court on April 16th, 2007 at 8:30 AM.
