Reference: Graffiti arrests

On 3-11-06 residents in the Bartlett Street area reported that a group of juveniles had climbed on the roof of a business. The juveniles were seen spray painting graffiti. One of the callers was able to photograph the vandals in the act.
Patrol units were able to locate two juveniles at the scene. Based on descriptions provided by witnesses patrol officers and detectives have been able to locate and arrest four juveniles. The juveniles involved are responsible for thousands of dollars in damages to city and private property. The names of the juveniles are not being released due to their age. They will be petitioned to the Portsmouth Family Court.
