The Portsmouth Police Department has seized a large quantity of illicit drugs from a local residence, and issued a felony arrest warrant for:

This arrest warrant is for the following two felonies:
Possession of a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Distribute,
Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon (Firearm).
On Wednesday, March 7th, 2007 at approximately 5:15 PM, members of the Portsmouth Police and Fire Departments responded to 55 Hanover Street for a drug overdose. The unconscious victim was identified as Nicholas Yastek, and he was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
Inside the apartment, illicit drugs were seized and taken into evidence at the Portsmouth Police Department. A subsequent search warrant was obtained, and a total of 60 (sixty) grams of Chrystal Methamphetamine, with an estimated street value of $10,000 was seized. A handgun was also seized as evidence from Mr. Yastek’s property.
Mr. Yastek has since been released from Portsmouth Regional Hospital, and his whereabouts are currently unknown. We are asking for the public’s assistance in locating him.
