Reference: Margeson drug arrests

On Wednesday, April 11th, 2007 at approximately 5:00 PM, members of the Portsmouth Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit along with members of the Patrol Division, arrested the following individuals:

Shereen Searles
Date of birth 05/11/64
245 Middle Street, Apt. 204
Portsmouth, NH

Thomas A. Perkins
Date of birth 08/30/47
245 Middle Street, Apt. 209
Portsmouth, NH

Both were arrested as a result of warrants for one count each of:

Possession of a Controlled Drug (Marijuana), class A Misdemeanors.

Both arrestees were processed and released on $500 personal recognizance bail with a May 7th court date in Portsmouth District Court. Both are currently residents of the Portsmouth Housing Authority’s Margeson Apartments, an apartment complex that houses predominately elderly and disabled residents.

These arrests are part of an ongoing, proactive community partnership between the Portsmouth Police Department and the Portsmouth Housing Authority to provide all PHA residents with a crime free and safe environment.
