Reference: Dunkin’ Donuts Accomplice to Armed Robbery arrest
Date of Release: May 8th, 2006
On Saturday, May 6th, 2006, the following individual turned himself in to the Portsmouth Police Department for a felony arrest warrant:

Date of birth 11/12/64

Hampton, NH 03842
Mr. Ogden was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department on the criminal charge of Accomplice to Armed Robbery, a class A felony. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail for a June 12th arraignment date at Portsmouth District Court.
This arrest was a result of the investigation into the February 25th armed robbery of the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 2875 Lafayette Road in Portsmouth. Robert Lee Durr Jr., date of birth 02/26/69, was arrested on February 28th by the Portsmouth Police Department for Armed Robbery in this case. There are no further arrests anticipated in this investigation.
