Reference: Friday, July 28th, 2006 - Felony Arrest
On Friday, July 28th, 2006 at approximately 12:30 PM, the Portsmouth Police Department arrested the following individual as a result of an arrest warrant:
Carl A. Patrick
Date of birth 08/05/73
175 Greenleaf Avenue, Apt. C
Portsmouth, N.H.
Mr. Patrick was arrested for two felony counts of Receiving Stolen Property. The property involved in this investigation was reported stolen from a construction trailer on Sagamore Avenue during the month of June.
Mr. Patrick was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and subsequently released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear for an August 21st arraignment date in Portsmouth District Court.
