Reference: Felony theft arrest
On Thursday, August 3rd, 2006 at approximately 7:15 PM, the following individual turned himself in to the Portsmouth Police Department:
Ronald Ciotti
Date of birth 08/30/79
115 Lafayette Road, Apt. 20
North Hampton, New Hampshire 03862
Detective Thomas Hart served Mr. Ciotti with an arrest warrant that was the result of an investigation into a theft that occurred at a Portsmouth residence during the month of May. Mr. Ciotti was charged with:
Theft by Unauthorized Taking, contrary to N.H. RSA 637:3
It is alleged that Mr. Ciotti stole U.S. currency in the amount of $2,900 from a victim. Mr. Ciotti was processed at the Portsmouth Police Department and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail for a September 11th, 2006 arraignment date at Portsmouth District Court.
