Reference: Felonious Sexual Assault arrest
Date of Release: August 24th, 2006
On Thursday, August 24th, 2006 at 6:30 AM, the Portsmouth Police Department arrested the following individual as a result of an arrest warrant:
Michael R. Navarro
Date of birth 08/13/84
185 County Farm Cross Road
Dover, NH 03820
Mr. Navarro was arrested as a result of an arrest warrant for:
One count of Felonious Sexual Assault (Felony),
One count of Sale of a Controlled Drug (Felony),
One count of Prohibited Sale (Misdemeanor).
These charges are a result of an investigation into incidents that occurred during the months of June and July of this year in Portsmouth. Due to the fact that the victim is a minor, the documents in this case have been sealed in order to protect the identity of the victim. It is believed at this time that there are no further victims.
Mr. Navarro turned himself in to the Portsmouth Police Department where he was processed and released on $25,000 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Portsmouth District Court on September 25th, 2006.
