Reference: Burglary arrest

The Portsmouth Police Department arrested the following individual as a result of an arrest warrant:

Date of birth 02/19/69
203 Lafayette Road, Apt. 54
North Hampton, NH 03862
Mr. Curran, who is currently being held on cash bail at the Rockingham County House of Corrections on an unrelated charge from the Exeter Police Department, was arrested for one count of Burglary (felony). He was arraigned this morning at the Portsmouth District Court and released back to the county jail on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
This arrest was the result of an investigation into the September 15th burglary of the Bursaw’s Pantry located at 3020 Lafayette Road in Portsmouth. On that date, patrol officers responded to an alarm at the Bursaw’s Pantry and discovered that it had been forcibly entered and that items had been stolen from within the store. Detectives then responded and processed the scene and obtained evidence. Through further investigation, probable cause was developed that Mr. Curran was responsible for this burglary.
