The Portsmouth Police Department has an active arrest warrant for the following individual:
Joseph A. Silva III
Date of birth 06/10/75
9 Winsor Street
East Providence, Rhode Island
Mr. Silva is wanted for one count of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault. It is alleged that Mr. Silva met a victim through an online dating service in August. The two met in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and it alleged that Mr. Silva sexually assaulted the victim while they were in Portsmouth.
