Project Description: The new sidewalks will bridge a gap that currently exists between downtown sidewalks and that end at the Port Authority to the ones that exist west of Michael Succi Drive. They will provide safe pedestrian access between downtown Portsmouth and many of its neighborhoods including Atlantic Heights, Spinnaker Point and Osprey Landing as well as the Albacore Park and Museum. Bicycle lanes will also be signed and striped as a part of this project.
