Project #6: Marcy Street Area Utility and Streetscape Improvement Project

Project Update: Marcy St reconstruction continues with granite curbing, brick sidewalk installation and miscellaneous construction activities on the following streets; Marcy St. South Mill St. Pickering St. Pickering Ave. Hunking St, Gardner St. Walton Alley, Manning St, Meeting House Hill. Local Traffic will be accommodated with signed detours when appropriate.

Project Description: This project will upgrade water and sewer pipes prior to replacement of brick sidewalks on Marcy Street, Gardner Street and other miscellaneous brick sidewalks in the project area. The following streets will be rehabilitated: Marcy Street, Mechanic Street, Gardner Street, Hunking Street, Pickering Street, South Mill Street, Pickering Avenue, Meeting House Hill Road and Manning Street.
