McDonough/Hanover Street Area Phase 4 Construction Project

This project completed the McDonough Street neighborhood construction project that began in 2009. The project area includes Pearl Street, Rock Street, Hanover Street, Parker Street, Tanner Street, Hill Street, and a portion of Bridge Street. Construction started in the spring of 2019 and was completed in 2021.
