Land Use Applications Forms and Fees

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SUBMISSION DEADLINES FOR JANUARY LAND USE MEETINGS:

City Hall will be closing at 1:00 PM on December 24, 2024.  This will affect the submission deadlines for applicants seeking to be heard at the January 16, 2025 Planning Board Meeting and the January 8, 2025 Conservation Commission Meeting.

Please be advised that hard copy application materials for the above meetings must be delivered to the Planning Department by close of business (1:00 PM) on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. Submissions delivered after this deadline will be moved to the February 2025 meeting dates.

All of the Planning Department's land use applications can accessed through the City's online permitting system (OpenGov's Citizen Services -- aka View Point).  Additional instructions are provided below.
