105 Bartlett Street Re-Zoning Request
In February 2018, Clipper Traders, LLC requested a Zoning change for the property located at 105 Bartlett Street from Office Research (OR) and Transportation Corridor (TC) to Character District 4 West End (CD4-W). The materials and timeline related to this request are outlined below. Ahead of the August 6, 2018 City Council meeting, the Planning Department shared their recommended revisions to the zoning amendments here. The third and final reading of the ordinance amendments will occur at the August 20th City Council meeting.
