The Peirce Island Wastewater Treatment Facility received two prestigious awards in October 2021.
The Water Environment Federation (WEF), a national nonprofit association that provides technical education and training for water quality professionals nationwide, has selected the City of Portsmouth Peirce Island Wastewater Treatment Facility upgrade for an Annual Project Excellence Award.
The Associated Builders and Contractors of New Hampshire and Vermont (ABC NH/VT) presented two awards to the City of Portsmouth Department of Public Works and Methuen Construction for the Peirce Island Wastewater Treatment Facility upgrade project: an Excellence in Construction (EIC) Award and the Chairman’s Award.
