Save the Indoor Portsmouth Pool, Inc., (SIPP) entered into a 5-year lease agreement with the City of Portsmouth. The partnership, under a new business model was implemented in 2010.  In the summer of 2016, SIPP and the City of Portsmouth renewed the lease and continue to have an excellent partnership. SIPP and the City have continued to provide quality aquatic programs for all residents of the Seacoast.

The results of this partnership are considered a great success and many more exciting improvements are planned, both with programming and improvements to the pool building over the coming years.

The financial health of the Indoor Pool continues to be exceptional, operating under budget and exceeding the expectations of the new business model.  A strong financial base is being built to ensure long-term operational success.
