Lister Leaf Busters

Students participate in a small business where they practice the skills and work ethic expected in the real world. Students are responsible for securing and scheduling jobs, managing equipment and rotate supervisory roles for jobs. Students are also responsible for assessing their personal performance on identified criteria and debrief daily the performance of the team. The money that is raised is budgeted for an end of year field trip which is student designed and voted on by the school community. This activity takes place for approximately two and half weeks in November and raises between $6000 and $8000.
