Special flat rate offered at Foundry Place Garage for 3S Artspace’s Project Upcycle Runway Event

Similar to other special City events in the past, those attending 3S Artspace’s (3S) Project Upcycle Runway Event on Saturday, March 30th, will be able to park at the Foundry Place Parking Garage for a discounted rate. For patrons of this event, it will cost $2 for four hours of parking at the garage; the regular $1 hourly rate will apply after that time frame.

Located at 100 Foundry Place, the parking garage is conveniently located off of Maplewood Avenue and Deer Street and provides an easy five minute walk across the street to the 3S venue.

Event attendees simply need to bring their parking ticket to 3S when attending the event, and staff will apply a validation sticker to the parking ticket that will reduce the parking rate when exiting the garage. Patrons then can use the pay-on-foot machines located in the elevator lobby at the garage, or by simply insert their ticket and a credit card at the exit station.

The Portsmouth Parking Division has unique flexibility in using this garage to alleviate parking and traffic congestion during popular City occasions such as parades, large concert events and more.
