Culinary Arts
The Culinary Arts Program is a 2-year program designed to prepare students for a career in the New Hampshire Seacoast’s thriving Restaurant and Hospitality Industry or to continue on to a 2 or 4-year institution to pursue a Culinary Arts, Baking, and Pastry Arts, Food Service Management, or Hospitality Management Degree.
The program consists of two individual year-long courses, which focus on building the skills and knowledge required for a career in this creative and demanding industry. In our Early College Partnership with LRCC, Students can earn up to 9 college credits in Culinary Fundamentals, Bakery Production, and Sanitation and Safety.
