Attendance & Dismissal Policy

  • Please report all absences, late arrivals, midday dismissals and end of day plan changes (including after school activities) to the school office using PickUp PatrolPlease do not send notes, emails, or call the office, except in an emergency.
  • Absences and late arrivals must be reported no later than 8:15 AM. End of day dismissal changes may be reported until 1:30 PM.
  • Early dismissals should be reported as early as possible, and must have a pickup time no later than 2:10 PM. Those arriving after 2:10 PM may be asked to wait until their regular dismissal time. We cannot dismiss your student from class until you have arrived at the school.
