Electronics for Beginners

A five-session ‘Electronics For Beginners’ after-school course will start on Thursday, November 7th, 2024 at PMS.

The course will run from 3:15 pm to 3:55 pm on five Thursdays, ending on 12/12/24. The course will be directed by Mr. James, one of the school’s Technology Education teachers. 

The exact dates that the course will run are 11//7, 11/14, 11/21, 12/5 and 12/12/2024

During the course, the students will learn to identify, and safely use, a variety of electronic components and they will learn how to permanently connect electrical circuits by using solder and a soldering iron. By the completion of the course, each child will make an electronics project that they will keep.

For safety reasons, there are only 6 spaces available on this course. The cost for the course, including the cost of the project, is $10. To sign-up please complete and submit this form.
