Citywide Neighborhood Blue Ribbon Committee Public Meeting
Wednesday, March 18
Portsmouth, New Hampshire -- The Citywide Neighborhood Blue ribbon Committee meets on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 in Conference Room A at City Hall at 7:00 p.m.
All neighborhoods representatives and city residents are welcome and are invited to comment on neighborhood issues and concerns.
The meeting agenda includes
- An update on Diesel Fumes from PanAm Railway operations in the Islington Creek neighborhood by Nicole LaPierre and Robin Husslage
- Proposed ‘Neighborhood First’ shift in the Committee’s focus
- The opportunity to meet the two new committee members
The mission of the Committee, that was created more than a dozen years ago, is: “The Citywide Neighborhood Committee shall take the role of advocate for the Neighborhoods within the City of Portsmouth to assure that all aspects of City Government work through two basic principles: protection and preservation of the quality of our neighborhoods.”
