City Hall, Library and Recreation facilities closing at 1:00 p.m., January 4th

City Hall, the Library and all recreation facilities will be closing at 1:00 p.m. today due to the anticipated intensity of this snow storm.  All facilities will reopen tomorrow at normal hours.
