Sale of Controlled Narcotics Arrest

On June 26, 2019, the Portsmouth Police Department arrested the following individual for Sale of Controlled Narcotics, a Class B Felony.

The charge stemmed from an investigation conducted by the Portsmouth Police High Intensity Drug Interdiction Team (HIDIT) along with Seabrook and Greenland officers. The operation was a product of “Granite Shield”, a state-funded program intended for targeting opioid distribution in the city. Reed was released on PR bail and will be arraigned at the Rockingham County Court on July 12th 2019 at 8:30am per the Felonies First Protocol.
