Trustees of the Trust Funds: Endowment

In Portsmouth, the Trustees of the Trust Fund approve the disbursement of funds each year, based on the performance of the 72 invested funds it oversees. These include park funds, scholarship funds, school funds, memorial funds, commemoration funds, library funds and housing funds. The trust funds are considered assets of the City of Portsmouth, included in the annual financial statements of the City, and are reported to the NH Department of Revenue annually on the MS-9 forms.
