Possible Quorum at City Council Meeting

One or more Portsmouth, NH Police Commissioners may attend the City Council Meeting regarding the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). This may constitute a possible quorum of the Police Commission. However, no meeting will be held and no actions will be taken.
