Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault

On June 15, 2019, the Portsmouth Police Department arrested the following individual for Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault:

Jonathan Roberts

DOB 08/31/1955

11 Pickering St

Portsmouth, NH

The charge stemmed from an investigation into an allegation that Roberts had sexually assaulted a female he met on an online dating site. The assault occurred on August 11th 2018 at Roberts’ residence. Roberts was released on $5000 cash bail and will be arraigned at the Rockingham County Court on June 28th, 2019 at 8:30am per the Felonies First Protocol.
