Burglary / Jitto’s & Super Steak Sub

The Portsmouth Police Department conducted an investigation of a reported burglary that occurred on November 24, 2017 at Jitto’s & Super Steak Sub at 3131 Lafayette Road. The suspect had entered the business at night time and stole an undisclosed amount of money.

As a result of this investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for the following subject for 1 count of Burglary.

On today’s date Arnold voluntarily turned himself in to the Portsmouth Police Department. Arnold was released on $5,000 Personal Recognizance Bail. The charge is a Class B Felony and will be handled through the Rockingham County Attorney’s Office Felonies First program.
