Police Instagram

PORTSMOUTH – The Portsmouth Police Department has made another step to keep itself connected to its community through technology by now having a presence on Instagram.

The police department currently has a very strong presence on Facebook, which they joined in 2009, and also has a presence on Twitter, which they joined in 2015. Joining Instagram will give the department more exposure to the millennials of their community as research has shown that Instagram is one of several growing social media platform choices amongst this genre.

The Portsmouth Police Department is committed to providing its residents with timely, relevant and accurate information that can assist them and enhance their quality of life experiences in the city.
