Possession of Controlled Narcotics Arrest

On May 23, 2019, the Portsmouth Police Department arrested the following individual for Possession of Controlled Narcotics, a Class B Felony.

The charge stemmed from an investigation at a local hotel conducted by the Portsmouth Police High Intensity Drug Interdiction Team (HIDIT). The operation was a product of “Granite Shield”, a state-funded program intended for targeting opioid distribution in the city. Glenn was released on PR bail and will be arraigned at the Rockingham County Court on May 31, 2019 at 8:30am per the Felonies First Protocol.
