Dogs in Outdoor Dining Areas

Portsmouth Ordinance Chapter 4 Section 4.101 adopts the U.S. Food and Drug Administration 2009 Food Code, which prohibits live animals from the premises of a food establishment (6-501.115) with some exceptions such as service animals.
