If you move or change your mailing address, please complete and submit this form to the Assessor's Office either In Person, through Email, over Fax, or through the Mail as soon as possible in order to ensure your records are accurate.

The Finance Department is located at City Hall open during City Hall's normal business hours:

Monday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Tuesday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Friday: 8:00am – 1:30pm

Copies of the current and past City Comprehensive Annual Financial Report can be found:

  • Online! The City Website has CAFR reports posted from Fiscal Year 2007 to present as well as PAFR reports from 2016 to the present which you can find here.
  • City Clerk’s Office – The City Clerk, located at City Hall, has copies of past and current CAFR and PAFR reports
  • Portsmouth Public Library – The Reference Desk also has copies of the past and current City CAFR and PAFR reports
