You won't want to miss this classical guitar performance by David William Ross. The free performance is part of the Guitar Sundays music series co-hosted by Portsmouth Public Library and Portsmouth Music and Arts Center and is sponsored by Service Credit Union.
In this 400th year of Portsmouth celebration, SPLASH!, a celebration of youth art month, will again grace the walls of the Levenson Community Room and all the walls of the Library.
