Think Blue suggestions for protecting water quality at home.

"Blue"* is the City's icon for clean water and is symbol for the stormwater contamination reduction efforts the City, residents and private property owners can make to keep the Portsmouth watershed healthy.

*Blue was designed by then-Portsmouth High School student Jane Almeida.
