The City of Portsmouth DPW Parking Division announces the activation of a new online account management and payment system for Foundry Place Garage monthly parking account holders.
The Portsmouth City Council has approved the implementation of the Department of Public Works Parking Division’s new Stay & Pay program, effective Monday, August 17, 2020.
