MAYOR CONGRATULATES PHS TRIVIA AND DEBATE TEAMS ON WINNING PERFORMANCES
Mayor McEachern took the opportunity during the June 6, 2022 City Council meetings to recognize the Portsmouth High School Debate Team and the Portsmouth High School Trivia Team for their outstanding performances.
The PHS Debate Team persisted, even during the pandemic, with online tournaments, to post an undefeated record after competing in New York, Massachusetts, Texas and New Hampshire.
