Each Friday, the Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth hosts the zoom conference call, "Chamber Chat Live." Each week, since the first Chat when Chamber President Valerie Rochon welcomed City Manager Karen Conard and City Health Officer Kim McNamara to update the small business community, the Chamber has hosted City staff to provide insight on the City's management of the COVID-19 response and to answer questions from the business community. 

Joint Statement from the City of Portsmouth and Redgate/Kane (SoBow Square, LLC)

The City Council and Redgate/Kane both want a redevelopment of the McIntyre Building that will create lasting and significant benefits for the City and its residents.

To that end, Redgate/Kane will be suspending its lawsuit while the City Council and Redgate/Kane reengage in earnest in good faith negotiations to attempt to move the project ahead.
