The City's Department of Public Works interfaces with private developers and their contractors for project review and coordinating work that impacts City property such as streets and sidewalks.
Current projects impacting public space include:
Deer Street-Bridge Street Area
DPW staff participate in weekly meetings to coordinate logistics on three projects as they continue:
- 70 Maplewood Ave.
- 238 Deer St., the downtown’s first micro-unit apartments development, which will feature 21 market-rate units of 500 square feet or less.
- The Residences at Foundry Place, which will feature 51 market-rate condos for sale.
